Flying up high in the sky Far above the ground below Staying in the clouds Being held by their soft touch At night reaching to the stars Holding one tight Before sleeping in the crook of the moon Hidden by the dark of night I awake and stretch my wings and see What the day ahead will bring to me I then swoop, soar, turn and dive Laughter ringing through my heart and mind I sit upon a cloud and smile Content with my peaceful world Far from all the clatter of the bustling people The people that hurry too much in order to enjoy life I then soar up so high And I drink from the milky way Just as I think that everything is perfect Suddenly I awake just to find that it all was just a perfect dream MaLinda Stevens 08-04-05 Age 26

You know nothing I am the Raven Flying through the sky Hiding in the trees I do not aim to please I am the champion No matter whose waist The belt wraps around My eyes watch you As you think you know everything Then I laugh at your mistakes Once you feel the Bow You will learn I am the best in this town My wings will wrap around your skull And that is when you will know You have felt the wrath of the Raven
