ok so i made this routine to get more core strength n bulk up some..
day 1 : quads, hamstrings, abs
day 2 : back , traps, biceps, forearms
day 3 : quads, hamstrings, abs
day 4 : chest , shoulders, triceps, forearms
day 5 : cardio/abs
day 6 : rest
REPEAT!!!
