I meet you and suddenly I realize: you have everything I want in a man. That this is everything I want in a relationship. And that realization throws me into a panic, pushing the what if into my head. what if I want this more than you? What if you want this but not with me? What if the connection I feel really isn't there? what if, what if, What if?

But I can't help myself

Every text makes me smile a little brighter. Every laugh we share makes me fall a tiny bit more. every conversation makes me want this. You. Us. Yes, I know what my head says. Don't rush, mustn't rush. You don't know for certain what he's thinking.After all you haven't really looked into his eyes, you haven't seriously felt his arms around you, haven't kissed him with the passion of a thousand burning suns, haven't felt your spirit join with his.

But I can't help myself

I want this, I want you. Getting to know you has melted the icy prison that I stored my heart in. I stored it way down deep in an abyss I thought was in penetrable. I threw up hi towers and dared anyone to try to get in. Others tried and gave up. Try and failed. tried and called me cold. but somehow, you saw the towers of ice for what they were and decided to climb anyway. I should have held my ground against you.

But I can't help myself

Your personality, your passion, your intelligence may my heart one of flesh again. I heart that comes a little harder when I think of you or when I hear your voice. a heart that aches just a little because I want to tell you all of this but I won't. A heart that is afraid it might scare you away. A heart terrified it will break if I let you win. I want to tell you all of this, I wish I wouldn't hesitate, I wish I weren't so scared.

In the still of the evening Without sunlight to intrude

I see the twilight in your eyes As the moon sets up the mood.

Playing music soft and low While romance fills the air I can't help

but feel aroused The very moment you come near. You submit to

my embrace While candles flick their flame And the smell of sweet

perfume Seems to drive my lust insane. As I look into your eyes And

run my fingers through your hair I taste the sweetness of your neck

As I nibble at your ear. I then whisper words of love As you answer

with a sigh And in a very sexy way Your sweet body comes alive. You're

the heat of my desire As we slowly come undress I then start to lay you

down While you welcome my caress. You give me so much pleasure For

ecstasy is here With you wrapped inside my arms To this heated love we

share. Now no one can come close To this love that we inspire For only you

can fill this joy And the heat of my desire.

She speaks to me fondly 

of passions and talents, 

of guitars and stars, 

with such breathless intensity

then stops short and 

apologises

for speaking at all. 

All because somewhere in her life, 

someone she loved broke her heart 

by ignoring 

her beautiful words 

and telling her to 

shut up, 

keep it down, 

nobody cares.

He says..I've searched this world, high and low seeking the one with that special glow.

The glow of an angel with a heart of gold, she's out there somewhere! So I've been told.

Just be patient and she'll find you soon sounds as outrageous as the man in the moon yet

I keep hanging in there hoping for the best still my heart won't give me a moment's rest.

They say "you're trying too hard, just give it a break" but they don't know my heart is keeping

me awake. I can't seem to function worth a damn any more, my life so it seems is just one big

bore. I just don't feel like doing anything, I just exist. Being married and having a family is something

I long for, I want it all including the ups and downs. Watching our children grow up and act like we did. Oh,

they are so precious in my heart and eyes, I just can't seem to help the emotional ties. And they'll know I'm

the best Father they had. Then for the woman I hope will become my bride I promise you'll never fear me or

have to run and hide. I'll love you like no other and show you respect. I won't treat you like trash or a pesky

insect. There will be no lack of communication or lack of fun because if I fall for you, you will know you are the one.

The one who can make me happy, filling my life with joy, the one who can turn me into the best man I can be. There's

all the little things that soon will become our treasures. Then when we're old and gray and look back upon our life,

I promise you, dear, you won't regret that you are my wife. I need to have my angel with that very special glow.

by being and loving with you.

While walking today as I normally do I turned around and your face came into view. My heart beating fast just took my breath away totally speechless with nothing to say. I remembered things that were spoken the day we said goodbye and how bad I felt when I saw you cry. Just then someone took you by the hand it seemed that you were happy and life has treated you grand. So with one more glance at your beautiful face I knew that someone else had taken my place. So memories of you will in my heart forever stay and I am so thankful I saw you again today.

Friendship is one of life's greatest treasures. Friends that are loyal are always there to make you laugh when you are down, they are not afraid to help you avoid mistakes and they look out for your best interest. This kind of friend can be hard to find, but they offer a friendship that will last a lifetime. Other friends may not be quite as loving. The pain caused by a friendship marred by betrayal is not easy to overcome. In fact, many friends find their inspiration from the joy brought about by a loving friendship or the pain caused by a failed friendship.

A relationship is a connection between two individuals. When two people fall in love it has become a loving relationship. The relationship has moved from two people simply in contact with each other to two people who can't get enough of each other. A loving relationship may build slowly like a train coming in the distance until when it get to you it emits a deafening roar. Or you may be two people totally oblivious to the relationship that is developing when suddenly you are hit with the realization that you have fallen in love. People are complex and love develops in different ways.

Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that you’ve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you for who you are. The things that seem insignificant to most people such as a note, song or walk become invaluable treasures kept safe in your heart to cherish forever. Memories of your childhood come back and are so clear and vivid it’s like being young again. Colours seem brighter and more brilliant. Laughter seems part of daily life where before it was infrequent or didn’t exist at all. A phone call or two during the day helps to get you through a long day’s work and always brings a smile to your face. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.
