i think i nailed it
2 italian sandwich rolls slathered in butter and freshly minced garlic
put under the broiler until just a little crisp
roast beef soaked in au jou and my special seasonings ;)
top one half with the roast beef
the other half of the bread with shredded mozz
put back under the broiler until cheese is melted
serve with the au jou sauce
that was dinner last night..first time i ever made one :) it was delicious!
now i'm craving margaritas and sun!
incidently i poured the rest of the garlic and butter into the au jou
i'm probobly spelling au jou wrong
