Ok so here it is... my first blog. I really don't know what the heck to write about. This Fubar experience has been very interesting so far. I've met some really cool people(you know who you are). I've even reconnected with people from back in my AOL chatroom days.
Now a lil info about myself in case you're wondering. I can't believe I am turning 37 next month... yup 37! Don't look it though. As the saying goes... Black don't crack, lol. I stand 5'6" and I am a big girl. If extra padding scares you away, I am not for you, lol. I am dark skinned. It took me a long time to love the skin I am in. It was rough(and still is) being a chocolate sista. If I hear the phrase "You're pretty to be so dark", I'll scream. That is a straight up insult. There are beautiful cocoa sistas out there... India.Arie, Serena and Venus, Phyllis Yvonne Stickney and the list goes on. I now realize that I am a beautiful person not only inside, but outside as well. My likes... well I love to fish. I know, I don't look like the typical fisherman, lol. I got into it several years ago. I find it's very relaxing. Also I play co-ed softball. Man was it rough. When will I realize I'm not in the same shape as I was in high school? lol. I am a single mother. My son is 13. He's an all around good kid. I guess I'm what you would call a "Basketball Mom". My son plays in a travel league and he's not too shabby(not just braggin because he's my child either, lol)
We love the Ravens. Yea I know the Steelers beat us, but damn, just like any other person, I support my home team. So talk shit if ya wanna, you're wasting your breath. I love my boys, lol.
I have 1 really good friend. She is the coolest person EVER! She's like a lil sister to me. Someone who I confide in. If you think I've talked to her about you... you're probably right, lol. You know women can't hold water, lol.
