Hydraulic Banana's blog: "My Dilemma"

Sometime this morning between 3 a.m. to 4.30 this morning, my Yorkie, Rocky, died after he got sick last night. I can't believe it, he was just running around yesterday when I was out in the yard today and now, he's gone. I guess he never did get over losing his "brother", A. J., my long haired chihuahua, after he went missing a couple of months ago. His health has been deteriorating ever since A. J's dissapearance but i thought he was getting better after I acquired my best friend's chihuahua/schnauzer, Squirt, to keep him company. I will miss him, I can't believe in a few short months, I have lost both my dogs...May there indeed be a Heaven for dogs. Goodbye Rocky, may he at last found peace and health with Him.

I just found out about an hour ago that all that's happened to my wife was my fault. Months ago, she had told me to call the wound care center to make an appointment for a follow up check up but I had brushed it of time and again. I don't know why I didn't do it but now its too late, the damage has already been done and they have to open her up again and clean out the infection. I am feeling very remorseful as I write this as i realised that there is a possibility that she might not make it. The last time we did this, there were so many complications, she died twice and was revived and there were so many infections that kept ailing her and oh god, what have I done? I have put the woman I love and cared for back into the painful nightmare that she barely escaped from. I may have just cost her her life and I don't know what I'll do if she doesn't make it. She was doing so good, she was starting to walk again and getting her strength back with all the physical therapy that she was receiving and now, I have robbed her of all that, all because I was so self centered and self absorbed in doing my own things. I feel so guilty I could end my life but then again, that would be a selfish thing to do. All I can do now is pray for a miracle, that somehow she'll need minimal surgery or treatment and that she'll have minimal or no complications at all. I ask all of you who are my friends to please pray for us. For all of you that has taken the time to read this, God Bless You, my true friends.

For those in the know, my wife had a quadruple bypass a couple of years ago and was also paralysed ( don't know if the two are connected)soon after. Well, for the past two weeks, she has been experiencing excruciating pain on her upper right side of her body. Despite numerous visits to the ER, the doctors ( all whom I think are quacks)all said that they couldn't find what was causing her all that pain and released us every single time after giving her a shot to relieve the pain and a prescription for painkillers. Finally, last Friday we managed to get in to see a specialist and he suspected she might have some kind of neurological condition and admitted her (finally) to the hospital. This past weekend, they have been running tests on her and they found out that she has blood poisoning from the open wounds on her chest (from a failed flap op) and the bedsore on her back. I went to visit her yesterday and she didn't looked or felt very good. Last night, she called me at work and told me that she was feeling even worse and that the cardiologist had come in and told her that maybe the blood poisoning might be affecting her heart. If that is the case, sometime today they will be transporting her out of state back to the hospital where they performed the bypass surgery, where they can take better care of her. I'm asking you guys to please pray for my wife for a speedy recovery and that she can get well soon and come home. Thanks, guys.

After a 4 hour stakeout, my best friends managed to get my van back ( with the help of the local authorities) from my sister in law. Obviously, someone's feeling the sting of it but hell, WTF do i care? They've been leeching off my wife and I for the past month and a half and we haven't said a single thing to them about paying us back and well, this morning, its the straw that broke the camel's back when we specifically told them that they couldn't use the vehicles anymore and they still went ahead to take my van. Anyway, to cut a long story short, its been a good end to a long day, my van is back and we're finally rid of them being in our house.

Some people simply will not take no for an answer. My sister in law jacked my wife's van after we left notice that she could not use any of my vehicles ( I got my car out of impound, costs me altogether $240 bucks!) I took the keys to my car and parked it so they can't use it but my sis in law and her boyfriend took my van anyway. Some people!

Okay here goes, my first blog...Hmmm, I just wanna blow off some steam. For those who know ( or read my profile) I'm married but what a lot of people don't know is that my wife is paralysed, has been for the past couple years. Anyway, I go all out of my way to make sure she has all she needs and that she's provided for and most of all, that she's happy. Well, the latest thing is that my sis in law has moved in with her 19 year old boyfriend (she's 32)into my house. At first, everything looks like it going to work out, my sis in law would be available to help get my wife around ( I don't drive)and her boyfriend was gonna find a job and help me out with the bills...well, the lazy shit doesn't do shit all day except sit on his ass all day in my room playing MY PS2 and when he did find a job, he called in after 2 days and got his dumbass fired. To make the situation even worse, since its summer, my nieces and nephew started staying here too and its really a strain on my financial situation So, its been almost 2 months, my bills haven't been paid and still nobody's bringing in any money except yours truly. What's a man to do?
