ive feel that i have now made the decision...well ive been trying to give wal-mart a chance to redeem it self but no, for the past 3 to 4 months they have been runnin my team (2nd shift remix) ragged. they have only hired one person for 2nd shift since about nine months of waiting for them to replace jamal who left for HHgreg... jose vegga (my supervisor) went to the new super center about 2 months ago that left 5 people on the entire 2nd shift remix(broken down its 3 people there a day...then we got our first new guy...ok now its 6 and we still have days where there is only 3 people some days(usually side by side with a large 1500 or 1600 piece truck..now lets get to the managers, who half the time dont know what the other is doing (this has inproved lately) we do have a decent store manager and a couple assitant managers that are worth a damn (john,the 2 new managers, helga and brad) well lets get to the asses of the management team, allison(hardcore bitch, feels like she has to stand over peopl like 2 year olds, constantly asking people "what are you doing?", and now 8months prego so bitchyness has increased rapidly) and now to the biggest ass of them all larry web, this piece of shit does things backwards, he will tell you to pull a pallet of (lets say) soda and put it up on a stack base(the black pallet style plastic things holding up large or heavy items..he tells you it will ALL go out, ok now you go stack it up and use 33 out of 44 12 pack sodas(same kind), he then picks THAT time to tell you howto stack it so all of them will fit...he also will make 2nd shift people (which we are usually trying to finish a general merch truck) to pull all kinds of food and candy pallets which his 3rd shift team could pull to the sales foor on their own, as a way to make it so his team looks like they have accomplished something...a couple nights ago he made will(2nd shift remix) pull a large high stacked pallet full of 2 liter sodas (cases have 6 2 liters in them) to the floor and realized the areas we have them in were full so will had to pull it all the way back without removing one box...this evil troll doll has waited untill we have just a lil bit in the truck to take it over and start putting stuff like storage beds(wieght is 209lbs), a whole pallet of boxed ironing boards(4 in a box and weigh about 90during the day we probally get taken from what we are doing (usually unloading the truck) to get shopping carts, clean up over flow from bathrooms, or to do customer service carryouts, where are the stockmen? you ask, well we only have 2 at the moment and one works morning shift and the other works the afternoon shift..so now we get to the trucks... well sometimes we get lucky and get ones that have been stacked really good and dont have anything busted on it. But! the majority of them have boxes all over the place and all kinds of busted things like paint, chemicals, car oil, just all kinds of stuff. so with that said im going to go air force (cause ofgood benefits, less likely to go to iraq, and better pay, also and i be able to finish college and do what i want) but i will delay signing and submission of papers untill next winter (i dont take heat well, but in san antonio the heat aint like here its actually nicer) well thats it for now
