My mom lives in Minnesota, but has recently been talking about moving to North Carolina, BUT she can't decide what she wants to do. My step father has separate property worth about $90,000. Should they sell that property and pay off the house they currently live in and have a mortgage when they come down here, OR should they just sell both of the properties and find a really nice house when they come to NC??
