I know there are a lot of people who are concerned about these monthly Likefest and God Mode Events that Fubar sponsors. They are extremely expensive and very time consuming. In order to even have a shot at winning the top prizes, you have got to run for 24 hours, resetting almost every hour. For a successful run it will cost in excess of 1000 coins. Each and every month. Some people can afford to do this, but the majority of people playing this game cannot. We are living in really tough economic times and it really does seem silly to spend hundreds of dollars to run for blings that are worth nothing in the real world. It seems frivolous when people are struggling to buy food. So consider this. Perhaps these Fubar sponsored events could be seasonal. One in the spring, summer, fall and winter. Perhaps 2 could be God Mode Party’s and 2 could be Likefests. I believe that by doing this, more people might be inclined to join the events. For me personally, I find it very difficult to be awake for 24 straight hours one weekend each month. But if I only had to do it once every three months, that would be more acceptable. As a Canadian, I am also in a position where the exchange rate to buy these coins is currently 42 percent.
