I am a mother of 3. Before having kids, i was normal weight for my height. I am "fun sized" at 5'3" well at the age of 19 I was married, and at 20 I had my first son  ) July 4th 2000 . I have 3 kids, my youngest will be 7 nxt month.
About a yr ago, i hit my max weight at 198  but went on a very strict diet, and have stepped up my training in martial arts. and have dropped over 60lbs. and for the first time my health is turning around; however, the more i lose the more i am uncomfortable about how its all looking I am VERY top heavy and always have been so the weight loss has not done a thing for my breast size. I went from a size 18 to currently a size 6, but drastic rapid weight loss skin can not be tightened no matter what I do. It does affect my sexual life, cause i am ashamed.
There is a surgery called the "mommy makeover" it consist of a tummy tuck. hips and thighs if needed. and a breast lift (not reduction). (and i want a nose job) I have looked a lot into this and seen some amazing results. The price is high, over 10k. I feel is that i have worked so hard to get to where I am at, that i want to feel comfortable in my own skin, but most my friends and family are against it for the reason of my kids, they dont think they should think someone has to be perfect to be loved and liked and that the ppl that love me love me for who I am. I dont want to be fake, I want to be comfortable.
