Time to post a couple updates.  Son#2 is in the can.  It was something he had to do so he could get on with his life.  Hope he will be out in a few months and then can start his life without fear of getting picked up and hauled down to jail.

On Politics -

A Taxpayer voting for Obama is like a chicken voting for Col. Sanders.  Our current represenatives can all line up to spit on the tomb of the unknown soldier considering how they have trashed the Constitution so many died for.  We are now a Socialist nation.  No longer allowed to be christian, where being Politically correct is more important that freedom of speech. 

Obama and the ACLU is trying to remove the crosses from the graves of soldiers that gave their life to protect our freedoms they are so willing to destroy.  As a Viet Nam Vet ( USMC 65-69) and a Constitutionalist ( an adult that read and took the time to understand what it means.) I am very destressed about what my grandchilden will be forced to endure.  Oh ya, The Fed has destroyed the dollar and economy just as they have planned.  Perhaps we should audit them.  That has never happened since they where formed in the middle of the night in 1909.  God Help us all.

My son was driving the truck that wouldn't pass smog, so had Bogus plates.  He gets stopped for being "Stupid"  had a drug pipe on him,  Got truck towed to impound yard.  Cost to get truck out?  $750.  Value of Truck?  $500

Got a $500 lil '95 Mazda.  New brakes, new tires, oil, tuneup, and various other little things.  Took it across the country to my room mates Grandma's 100 birthday.  What do you get someone turning 100?  You show up.   It was a great trip, only got stopped once in Oaklahoma...  License plate light was out.  Sheesh.

After a month and 5500 miles made it back home to discover rif-raff  charity case had wasted 80% of the stuff on my computer, and every bit of food consumed.  Not even one roll of TP left.  Damm, seems no good deed goes un-punished.  I'm ok with that anyway as I do believe one should help those who need when you can.  Even if the help goes un-appreciated.  It's still the right thing to do.

So, now paid off the car, got it running and on the way to the DMV  get a ticket cuz I put my old handicap plate on the car. ( In Nevada the plates stay with the person, not the car).

So Got a ticket for "Fictisous plate" (Ticket cost  $187 even though it was corrected an hour after the ticket.) then lucky me, one week later get into an accident as this damm truck runs a light and takes off the front of the car and my radiator now looks like a V.

A month later still not got a mechanic to come fix it.  Hope today that gets fixed enough to drive it.  All it needs to drive is a new radiator to be able to drive it to a shop.  So  wish me luck.

Maybe someone has a suggestion as to what i'm doing wrong? 

Well there goes 2009....   the plan?  move out of this damm apt and Las Vegas and into an RV, pull the  car and go chase the sunshine.  Beware!  Never know when I might be in your neighborhood looking for a place to park for a few days.

I will have BBQ handy and willing to cook up and offer some of my special "Lar's Mex Mix".

The last few months have been hell as i've had to move twice in the last 3 months.  Had a friend and past room ate die. Watch the vultures decend upon his home and plunder what ever they could get their hands on. 

 Oh well.  it's just stuff and didn't need most of it anyway.The

Moving forward,  looking at the new adventures ahead of me as I start once again.  I do what I can, keep a positive attitude and persue my dream to travel about the country. To chase the sunshine, see places I've never been, visit friends i've missed, and avoid the bad weather...

That's right 2 life sentences, followed by 2 40 year sentences.  Now serving time in the Victorville Penitenary.  His Cell mates are Drug Cartel leaders, Mexican Mafia hit men, the leaders of the gangs of California.  His crime?  4 child porn pictures he has never seen the FBI says where downloaded over the internet via Limewire in 2005.  He has now spent since September of 2007 in isolated confinement, the lights never go out, in his 6 foot by 8 foot metal cell.  He does not get any time outside, or with anyone else. 

The Jury did not have one member that was computer literate, the evidence was FBI file photo's. His computer was never turned on.

Of course by the time of the trial in 2008 it was up to 14 picture that he never saw until the trial.  

This is what has become of my brother, a US Marine in Viet Nam serving with the 1st Marines as a grunt.

A man who never went into a chat room, never took any pictures, cared for our sick parents till their death.  Ahh the new American Justice system.  Prosecuted by a Federal Attorney who's record now stands at 256 convictions, 0 losses.

The worst, not a damm thing I can do about it.

If he is ever caught in general population, the code of the gangs that run the prison is to kill him on sight.

 If you think this is not true, I can provide you with more information than you will want to know. It will turn your stomach what the Government can and are doing to their own people.

Hi Fubar Fans A Warning !!! This is FAct, Not fiction. I have been advised not to tell this story, but here is what could happen to you. This is just the tip of the ice burg. A Warning !! Beware, Big Brother IS Watching!! My brother is still behing held in solitary confinement ( 3 months now) and he hasn't even had a trial yet. The way his lawyer is talking it might be years before he does. This is a long ugly story. A WARNING !!! Be very careful of what you do on the internet because I can swear to the fact the FBI is monitoring and looking for anything "They" deem inappropriate. You may find yourself being charged with a Federal Crime, and have your life destroyed as my brothers life has been. To date, it's over 3 years, a loss of over $40,000 and still not been to trial which could lead to a 25 year sentence for child porn for 4 files unknowingly downloaded via Limewire. It could happen to you. So beware, be careful and know for a fact, the Gestappo is watching. A WArning !! Latest life changing events My #2 Son spent the last week here, and Monday he started a new chapter as he went out to Pahrump Ranch. No Drugs, Alchol, tobacco and lots of religion with a year's commitment. The purpose is to help him get his life together. As a Daddy who has been denied access to his son, he needs to get his life together. At 27 it's about time. I pray that it works for him. My the spirt of Christ fill his heart and soul. He's already a good person. As the Dad, I think that his realizing that now he is a father, it is time to put childish things behind him and it's his turn to be the provider. As for me, the next couple months will involve some surgery. Jan 4 to fix a hernia that has been most painful for far too long. Also to have a cyst removed that has been with me for 30 years. Today got the diagnosis that I have cataracts. This actually is good news as it could have been glacoma. My sight has been getting worse each day. So now to find a way to get surgery on my eyes. Wish me luck.
