Let's see here about me, hmmm. Well, I'm a chef/restaurant manager, I love to cook. My favorite kinds of food to cook is the Italian and Irish food I grew up with and the southern and Cajun food I came to love when I lived down south. I'm Irish/Italian and have the temper to match. My favorite addiction is tattoos, I have 17 at the moment and of course plans for more. I like working on computers and love to get creative and make my own comment graphics.
