In through the darkness with a flood of light
A cloaked man stood and stole the night
His aura was sweet, his scent so pleasant
He brought my heart to its knees
As if it were an unworthy peasant
His voice ripped holes threw my hearts darkened shroud
He spoke with confidence as he stood so proud
Come to me and you shall feel the light
One of eternal love that’s ever so bright
Your heart will not ache for love no more
For in you life I shall surely restore
As my darkened features lifted so
I seen the face that I’d die to know
And then with a proud and handsome grin
He tore open my heart and let his light in.
