I've been single most of my life. was married for 7 1/2 years, currently divorced. I have a female friend, who likes me a lot and wants more, but she likes to tell me what to do, who my friends can be, and can't be, and just generally makes it hard to make new friends. She also likes being together 24-7, when we aren't working.

QUESTION IS: Should I boot her as a friend, or give in to what I see as being miserable the rest of my life?
