Ok so I have found out my ex has been lieing about where he is living.. I have been told by a company that has been tracking him down.. Now here is my issues.. I plan on taking him to court cause i know for a fact he is in contempt but i have people telling me i should tell him i know for a fact he is lieing about it but i feel if i do that he will give me the new addy with a lie about the move so i can't take him to court. I feel i should just let it ride till we get a court date and let him find out that way i know.
So here is my question should i tell him or just wait? |
