i am on a mission of looseing weight, my doctor has told me to do this, and want to for my self also, just not sure on what type of excerises to do, and what to eat the right way i stem my veggies and try stay away from fying foods, can anyone help me with idea's, till i can go get a cookbook and dd someone told me on, no mean comments please just asking for advise here,
