The most horrible of feelings one will ever know Is that of lonliness, worthlessness and nowhere to go Sometimes life deals us such a heavy load That is seems like there is no one with us along this road When we get like this so burdened down Its real easy for our enemies to make us drown Not able to bring ourselves to up for air We literally give up and live in total despair It seems like when we are already so low Thats when we get more burdens on us to tow At this time it is easy to want to give up and die to throw our hands in the air and say no more can I try It is at this point that I now stand alone Not knowing how much more on me can be thrown My burdens are heavy and weighing me down No matter how much I try to smile all I do is frown Somewhere someday somehow this has to end It is getting harder and harder to just pretend That things will get better and soon I will be fine Reality is this is my life and there is very little sunshine Is there sunshine and bright days ahead Or am I forever going to live my life in dread Always alone and no one to help me out Feeling so low lonely and full of self doubt Friends try to help and try to be there for you But how when this pain they have never been thru They say kind words and do good deeds Then they think all should be better no more needs It's not that easy oh how I wish it could be There are still those who want to harm, you see When you are feeling down and so low It's easier to believe the wicked don't you know If you are a friend of someone just like me Please don't feel like your kindness we don't see But we we are so low and in such a dark place It is hard for you to understand the harsh pain that we face

To touch the cupwith eager lips and taste,not drain it; To woo and tempt and court a bliss-and not attain it; To fondle and caress a joy, yet hold it lightly, Lest it become necessity and cling too tightly; To watch the set in the west without regretting; To hail its advent in the east-the night forgetting; To smother care in happiness and grief in laughter; To hold the present close-not questioning hereafter; To have enough to share-to know the joy of giving; To thrill with all the sweets of life-is living.
