My Strategy for this, when new LE BLing, or regular bling come up, there is always new achievements attached to them.
Ok wait until you see a gage symbol, like above, hover the cursor over the gage, and you will get a View Recent Achievers >> message with some difficulty and how many achieved this.
Open the link from that gage, look and see if any profiles have completed that achievement today.
If so go to thier profile page, I rate and like them while I'm there, then check and see if their bling is likable, by hovering cursor and seeing no denied
Every once in a while I know certain couples buy bling for each other when ever new achievements and blings come up.
SO I watch for those, but not everyone is lucky to know a few of these couples.
Remember there always be bling locked, just work on those that are not. You will get them.
Can't be that hard, within 2 days of these achievement there was already 23 peeps who got them all https://fubar.com/achievements_achievers.php?a=3572 and I was #24!!!
