I posted a mumm today and have received MANY votes and comments on it. And I have to say that several of the comments from the guys impressed me! Gee... why can't you all be around here instead of all over the US? Not meaning A THING bad about it, but some of the guys gave advice and left comments that sounded like my 'sensible minded' friends. Stop and think shit. Maturity and all. I know, not all guys and men are like that in the world, but it's nice to find out that PERFECT STRANGERS are level headed out there. One even suggested something that I hadn't thought about that I am going to do. And it solves the whole situation, too. So this is ME - - giving PROPS where PROPS are DUE! Hats off to you guys out there for showing me, and anyone reading my mumm that there are GENTLEMEN left in this world!!!

Well, it's been one hell of a week for the last seven days to say the least. Just about everything I touched turned to ashes instead of gold, lol. But I think I may finally be on an upswing and I am glad. For example... discovered Tuesday night that the gas gauge on my car is broken... yep, that's right... ran out of gas. Thank god I was only 3 blocks from home. But had to wait until today to get paid in order to put fuel in it. And was afraid that something else was the culprit. Luckily, it was the fuel issue, lol. Now at least, I can make it to my class tonight, and home. Then... saw this guy that has flirted with me for the last two years. I mean flirted HARD, too. And I realized that I could hit that if I still want to. Just not sure if I do or not. Guess I'll wait until the end of February to find out. Annual EMS/Fire conference and we'll both be there. So 2 good things have happened to me today and one more will be happening later. I get to see someone that I just adore and I can't wait! Just wish I could spend more time with this person but alas, time constraints won't permit it. Hope all my friends are having a wonderful day, a great week, and drop me a line. I thought things were finally getting on track for me, then I went to class this morning. I should've known when I left work for class and 5 miles down the road it was POURING snow!!! Of course, my luck ran out and halfway there I had a wreck. Not ju a wreck... but one that is my fault. Thank goodness neither of us were hurt, but waiting on the OSP to get there and file the report felt like it took forever. And that made me late. And of course I couldn't reach my instructor. And of course my car looks awful (thankdfully it's still driveable). And of course it put a damper on my whole day!!! I haven't had a wreck since 1987!!! This totally SUCKS!!!! Oh well...I'm glad it wasn't any worse than it was. Thanks for putting up with my rant.
