Chapter 4: 30 Days Later

A month later my baby is on her way south. I am so anxious about her arrival that I even cleaned the toilet. She came down to share my daughters high school graduation with us. It was nice having her there. The next day we went to Mexico for the afernoon where we dined on inexpensive Mexican food and 50 cent Carona's. I found out American food is very expensive there. I don't know, but $19.00 for 2 hot dogs is ridiculous. image.php?u=306450&i=3410860325&=1 After the afternoon in TJ, we went to an outstanding concert, The Outlaws, Marshal Tucker Band, and The Charlie Daniels Band. It was better than I ever could have imagined. The rest of the weekend was a lazy, low budget weekend, we walked on the Pier in Oceanside, went out for karaoke, but started too late and couldn't get into my favorite club, went to see my friends band perform on Sunday and just enjoyed each other's company. Come Tuesday morning, I tried to get her to stay an extra day, but she had to go home. We did come to the conclusion that we belong together and she is moving down here in July. I am happy, excited and scared to have a woman living with me again. More to come when July get's here. To Be Continued...

Chapter 3

Well, the trip north was long. Gawd it was long! Full of delays, but that made our meeting all the sweeter. I stepped off the train in Eugene, Oregon into a rain storm. Grace informed me that this was normal. I like the rain, but come on!!! It is very beautiful up there. I love green and it was soooo green. She showed me the sites, both of them. We sang karaoke in a Red neck bar. Surprisingly, they loved me and my selections of songs. Elvis went over big there. Finding some one who you have so much in common with is rare, and I am blessed to find her. It was hard to leave, but I have a job and a daughter to tend to. She wants to come see me next. To be continued.....
I joined Lost Cherry back in October of 06. Soon after I joined, the name changed to CherryTap. I never realized how that name change would effect me. Well, the name change it's self didn't do anything, just my dedication to this on-line comunity. I have met many good friends here, including some local people. November found me in a bit of depression, leading me to write about the life I had with my first wife. By Christmas I was dealing with the decision weather to spend the Holidays with my 2nd wife. I all most fell prey to the madness that is my ex-wife. I had a moment of clairity that I would rather spend the Holidays alone than have the weight of her around my neck. Hell, my kids didn't like her either. I found myself spending most of my free time at night chatting and rating pics. Trying to weasle my way into private folders to see those risque pics. Face it, most guys, regardless of what they say, wanna see naked flesh. One evening I found myself chatting with this hot looking woman that told me she was in Vegas and just got home from going to a jazz club. We chatted for an hour or so that night, and I caught her on-line about 3 times over the next week. Then we lost touch. Such is life. Three months ago we ran into each other again. This time we chatted for I don't know how long. We soon exchanged phone numbers and took our friendship to the spoken word. I never expected to find a kindred spirit like hers. She talked of things I knew of and experienced as well. I found myself longing to hear her voice. Soon our correspondance became daily. She spoke of a fondness for me and I grew closer to her. A month ago we decided to meet. I found the best way to travel to her. And now the time has come to see her face to face. One week from today that dream will become reality. Am I scared? A little. Am I excited? Most definatly. Life goes on. 4-27-2007 ...to be continued.
