I don't play games. I'm at the point in life, that if I need to tell someone to take a flying leap, I do. I think I've earned that. I don't post anything that's not true about me. I'm 51, I live in a fairly small community. I find honesty refreshing, something that seems to lack a bit today.
I live a fairly eccentric lifestyle. Why? Because I can. I'm the kind of person who prefers a few very close friends, rather than having a lot of friends. If there's something you'd like to know, then ask. I think that's more fun, keeping some of the mystery eh?

Interests
I love books, and movies. I tend to collect a lot of books and, donate them to a local library when I get around 1000. I tend to be somewhat of an intellectual, and like galleries, museums, that kind of thing. I also like sitting around a good fire on a beach or river bank. I don't have to fish, just listen to some tunes and enjoy the evening and the company.
I'm a party animal. Yep! Even at my age, I love a good party.
Something else you should know. I am NOT Politically Correct. I never will be. I'm old school. I still call women babe and hon, and it's with honest affection. I also believe that men should have more manners today. I see nothing wrong with opening the door for a woman, or, pulling out her chair. A little manners are a good thing. Treat a woman like a woman, I say.
Music
Ah, the hard rock Classics of yesteryear. Alice Cooper (Poison is just so damn sexy.) Other music likes would be Kansas, Styx, Journey, Aerosmith, Starship and more. My tastes are rather eclectic when it comes to music. I can listen to Classical over a good bottle of wine, or party like there is no tomorrow with some good Goth/Alt. If it kicks ass, I'm all for it, just make sure I've got a bottle of Patron Silver to go with it.
Movies
I love all kinds of movies. But, as a guy, I tend to go for the more action packed or sci-fi stuff. My favorites would include everything from Titanic to Avatar. I think James Cameron has done a wonderful thing with Avatar. The digital world he created with Avatar is ground breaking.
I also like Dune, Excalibur and a lot of the older films. I can watch just about anything, it all depends on my mood.
Idols
Idols? None, nope! I don't think you should put people up on a platform. It's a shame, when they come tumbling down.
Video Games
I've been into Everquest since 1999 when it went into Beta. It's a shame, the game is almost gone, with all the new stuff out there. I got a little bored when I hit level 100 on all my toons, and maxed out their Alt Experience points.
Now, I game online with about 30 guys and gals from the UK, Sri Lanka, Canada and the US. People are cool, you just have to get to know them. It's an old game, Wolfenstein, Enemy Territory. Nothing like a good "Fragfest" to let off some steam.
