I went to my scheduled appointment yesterday (Tuesday), with the new doctor. He was super nice and actually seemed as if he cared. And here's a BIG shocker for ya, I was even nice to him. Miracles do happen. LOL However, he has now joined the circle of ring around the rosies. He is just as bumfuzzled as everyone else has been. He brought out the possibility that maybe there is an abscess under the scarred area where all the infection has built up. Then he also mentioned that the infection has possibly moved into the bone. So, he ordered a MRI for this morning at 6:30am. I went and had that done and so now, here I am once again playing the waiting game while the damned pain won't ease up.
So many possibilities, so few answers.
I will post again as soon as I get results from the MRI.
