Contemplation in Silence - Meditation to be done just before sleeping I sit, relaxed, ... with open eyes… I look straight ahead to one point and, relaxing all the muscles in my body - legs, hands, my fingers, everything ... I breath slowly and regularly ... I put aside all thoughts in my mind ... and start asking myself who am I? ... where did I come from? ... who am I really? ... this body is not me ... No! this body is not me ... I ... am a point of light ... which is very small! ... I am soul! ... I am in the middle of my forehead ... I am energy! ... My body is not me ... my body is my vehicle ... and I, the driver! ... I can use my body ... to do anything for me ... I am energy ... a shining point of light! ... I will never vanish or die ... the world I came from is a peaceful world ... which is vast! ... and full of peace! ...In this physical world, I only perform my role ... as on a stage ... as well as possible ... In my shadow ... I can separate myself from my body ... I can see myself sitting ... I feel non attached and free ... I can fly ... floating freely! ... like a shining star! ... I float freely ... I can fly past the moon! ... the sun! ... stars! ... I fly like a bird ... non attached and free! ... and peaceful ... this peace fills my soul ... this is me, a point of light ... that is full of energy! ... I come back to the peaceful world ... the world I came from! ... I arrive ... in a world of light that is ... infinite ... a world with golden light ... no sound ... only silence ... and peace ... the sea of light and eternal peace! ... This vast world that is full of light and calmness ... is where I came from! I am a point of light ... come home ... and surrounded by a sea of peace ... I feel peace in me ... In this world that is full of light and peace, I, a point of light, ... can see other lights ... one light is shining ... more beautifully and stronger ... this light is so strong ... the light penetrates darkness, and illuminates my path ... a light full of compassion ... I am pulled ... this light ... like a magnet pulling me ... I feel the light that is full of warmth and peace ... I approach ... I feel so much peace and calmness ... Oh, this is the almighty father! ... I and God are in one house ... a place that is vast and light ... eternal calmness and peace! ... this peace fills my soul ... this is what I've been looking for for a long time ... now I am in my world again ... the world where I came from ... with Shiva's light that is full of compassion and peace ... Shiva the almighty ... Shiva knows and understands me perfectly ... Shiva doesn't notice my weakness ... indeed ... Shiva gives me strength ... to get rid of my weakness ... SHIVA ... fills me with compassion ... I feel peaceful ... Oh, this is the almighty ... this is my father ... I feel peaceful, calm, and brighter ... I feel the energy of light that warms me ... That's what I feel ... from here ... I look down ... to the world far below ... I see each of my companions playing the roles that they play, as on a stage, as well as possible ... But here ... in the calm world ... and full of peace ... I feel ... non attached ... and free ... In the shadow now I come back to the physical world again ... with full of warmth and peace ... like a star bright and shining ... I focus my thoughts before my forehead ... to accompany and give strength ... to my companions.
