Well people, I haven't been online much since I started my classes and I am getting some concerns from friends. I am ok and still free from incarceration. Thank you all for caring. I am still doing good, but I am really stressed with all my schoolwork. On top of that I have some relationship issues that I haven't decided what I want to do. However, I have concluded that I need to focus on my schoolwork or I will not progress in life and I won't worth anything to anyone (incl. myself). I have been somewhat of a recluse to everyone by withdrawing from the web temporarily. It is nothing personal to anyone. Bare with me, knowing I am making the best choices that I can think of for now. BRB KouBoi #58824

I have just got back out of prison since my last blog. I never was able to find an income when work came to a stand-still. Desperate for a way to pay our rent, my roommate and I went on a mission of stealing copper from an abandoned train yard. we got busted, but fortunately only got charged w a trespassing misdemeanor. My PO was going to give me a 90 day santion, but was unable to because I had less than 3 months remaining on parole. So, he revoked the full parole. Somehow I was able to post bail on the misdemeanor and move all my property to my friend Belinda's apartment. I turned myself back in, as to not make matters worse. I was sent to a Level II in Grants, NM. While inside, my roomate appearantly cause problems for Belinda; stealing and hitting her. She kicked him out before I was released, filed charges, and got a restraining order aginst him. Now, I am out again with her support. My PO ordered me not to be around him anymore which I feel is not a bad idea after all that he's done. Esspecially to her after she posted our bail and provided us shelter and support. I know he is strung out and it's like Jeckle & Hyde. I Got a haircut upon release to help make job hunting easier. Another "do over" in my life. I have one more year of probation and I'm gonna make it this time. I completed 21/24 months of parole. This should be downhill now. When I'm done I plan on taking a trip out of state where better work and loving arms of my lover areis waiting for me. Till then I will continue to try and try some more until I succeed. I do think I have good support now. Belinda has stopped drinking and that was the ONLY reason I had to move out of her home before. It's time to disappear from old playgounds and playmates that drag me down, to move on... To be continued...

On July 29, 2005 I was released from prison six months early for good behavior onto parole/probation. I was released to a half-way home. I had myself enrolled in college already before being released. I was taking computer animation. I got a job on work-study as a student aide in the school library. All was going well, but one day I reported to my parole officer for a scheduled appointment. I went through the metal detector and all, picked up my personal items while chatting w the guard, and seen my PO. It went good, then when I came out to leave everyone was being searched. When I got searched they found money on me that I did not have when I arrived. Apparently, when I picked up my property after passing through the metal detector, I picked up someone else’s money too. I didn’t do it knowingly because my mind was preoccupied talking w the guard. It was and accident. Anyway, I was thrown in jail regardless for a week. When I got out and reinstated on parole/probation, I was behind in my classes and had to withdraw from my courses to avoid failing. However, in doing so, my completion rate fell below a 70% and I lost my financial aide. Consequently. I lost my job on campus too because my financial aide paid my wages. Next time I saw my PO, he learned of this and was going to violate me again for not having a job and not being in school. He gave me one week to find a job. I barely found one in time working for a towing company. Later, after being out for six months, I was able to move in with a female friend at their place. Things seemed to be looking good until she got in a state of depression and chose to start drinking. This jeopardized my parole so I had to get away from the alcohol. I moved into a new place with another friend. We rent from my boss at the towing company. But, I quit working at the towing yard to work as a freelance contractor for more money. Work was great while it lasted. Unfortunately, when winter and the holidays came work came to a standstill. It has not picked up since and I am currently looking for an income. Regardless, I am still staying clean, staying out of trouble, and doing the best I can.

OK, so this will be my first blog entry. I have done a lot of other things on CherryTap (pics, Stashes, Bulletins, ect...), but not this. I am going to start buy copying some of my old blogs from Myspace over to here because I like them and want to share them with the CherryTAP community as well. About me though... I am 31yo and live in Albuquerque, NM. I work as a freelance contractor and go to college for video game design/development. I am on parole (been to prison) for aggravated battery. I caught my fiancee cheating on me and beat up the other man that was in bed with her. I am trying to put my life back together again now and move on.
