Well it has been two months since i screwed up my ankle and had worker's comp insurance deny my claim on some trumped up reason.
Had my appeals hearing on 5/16/2007 and just got the verdict today.
State of Nevada reversed the insurance carrier's decision.
WOOOOHOOOOO
I get my ankle fixed.
There is justice after all
