Puddin's blog: "Just my thoughts.."

Some people think that you can fall in love every day. But I don't think it's possible. I think that when you are meant to fall in love then love will find you. But love is a tricky thing to hold onto if you're not careful. One small mis-step and love can fall right out of your hands and break into a million pieces. Sometimes you can glue those pieces back together, but you have to make sure that your hands don't shake while you are putting those pieces back together. I was luky enough to find love when I wasn't even looking for it.

Have you ever had a "true" friend? I know I have. In fact, I've had one "true" friend for 10 years now and never really thought I could find another. "True" friends don't judge you, they love you for who you are, and they give you never-ending trust. "True" friends are angels without wings, and I've found another one.

Right now listening to his even breaths, I wonder… Is he dreaming? What is he dreaming of? Is he dreaming of cars and trucks? Or maybe spending the day with mom and dad? He stands over three feet high. And yet when he is asleep, he seems so small. He is my little man. He brings a smile to my face, when he points at a shape in a book, and knows what it is. Pride rises in my chest, when he counts to five, by himself. Looking at him now I get scared, wondering how well he will survive, in the world today. Now I know why, parents want to keep their kids small.

I was listenin to the news the other day not really paying much attention..when the reporter said something that caught my attention...A child molester had gotten caught..Apparently this guy thought that being he couldn't find a girl (or guy don't know his preference) he would go after someone who couldn't defend their self. A child. I'm working on getting my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and I had a classmate pose a question once asking, "If it were up to us, what sentence would we give to rapists and child molesters?" Now if it were up to me, I would find a way to make the guy feel the same thing that he made his victim feel. And would give him the death penalty. Screw lethal injection..They don't feel that....He would get THE CHAIR!!!
