Bill of Rights and what is going on
This is to show you the Bill of Rights and how President Bush and his people have broken it! I have written down below a little more about how bad it's getting. All fax in this are true and can be looked up easily. I feel as a United States Citizen I have the right to let you know and to speak out. We all have heard the word Patriot. Patriot means - one who loves his or her country and supports its interests. Well I don't support how our country is treating us.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
# 1 ) The President in all his speech's always talks about God and throws his Faith in our face's. He also didn't stand up for the soldier who was Wiccan and The Government wouldn't let him have a Wiccan Funeral. But he did allow people to stand outside with signs saying things like "Thank God Your dead" !! At a cemetery and disgrace a Military Funeral.
# 2 ) If you go to a Presidential appearance and have any protest apparel on. You will be taken away and put in his so called " Free Speech Zone" away from cameras and the Media.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
# 1 ) In San Fransisco California they Passed a law that Citizens could not carry guns in San Fransisco even with a permit.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
# 1 ) In New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. The Government went door to door, entered peoples house with out consent and with guns drawn. Then they arrested , hand cuffed and took peoples guns and then let the people go. If the people resisted the Military Troops where ordered to use all necessary force to obtain them.
# 2 ) Under the so called Patriot act the Government can enter your house and arrest you with out a Warrant. Take your phone, computers, documents and arrest you if they just suspect you of terrorist contact.
# 3 ) Under the so called Patriot act they can also hold you and convict you with out trial.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation
# 1 ) Under the so called Patriot act they can also hold you and convict you with out trial.
# 2 ) People who where captured in Iraq war ! Either if they where or where not terrorist arrested and put in Guantanamo Bay and where torchered and may be convicted with out a trial.
# 3 ) When a man went to get Bin laden for the reward he was arrested because The Government said " He was going to launder his money over in Afghanistan and give it to the Taliban.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Don't know of any one being tried twice for the same crime
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
# 1 ) Marijuana passed in San Fransisco but Fed's keep arresting people for buying it in Marijuana shops.
# 2) Gay Marriage passed in San Fransisco but all Marriages undone by The Governmnet
# 3 ) Rights to bare arms
# 4 ) No Smoking laws in UC Davis ( California ) any where in the town or you will be fined.
This is all going on in the Untied States. It seems to me that our Country is sitting back and doing nothing. People are not standing up for our rights. With Illegal wire taps, trying to tap our e-mails, censoring the Internet and getting our records form cell phones / land lines our Government is crossing the line. I am so shocked that we haven't had an all out revolt. President Bush and his people are going to achieve there plan of a N.W.O ( New World Order ). If you don't know what that is? It's a Government by The Government for The Government. We will live like South Africa, Cuba, Mexico and Korea. People will have NO RIGHTS. You can say I am afraid of this!! This isn't a Conspiracy Theory !!! It's happening right now ! Wake up Untied States get involved. They want to send 20,000 more troops to Iraq but we haven't found Bin Laden. We pulled out most of our troops out of Afghanistan and given the UN the ball there. Condalesia Rice is picking fights with Iran a ( Nuclear Power ) who will launch them at us. We are fighting a war in Iraq that we cant win because the people don't want us there. They are saying it's not like Vietnam but look at it !!! It is another Vietnam. But then again Korea and Iran are building Nuclear Bombs and treating to use them on us. Also the Chinese missile test knocking a satellite out of space !!! This is getting bad and getting bad fast. Our President wants to have a part of our border open so people can walk back and forth when ever they like. His reason behind it is that the people will not sneak over anymore!!!!! What the Hell is that !!!!! Mexican gangs may be bring terrorist over the border!!!! I'm telling you its not safe anymore and we the people are letting it happen. In the State of the Union address the President did say one thing about the people of Katrina or anything he was going to do to help those Americans!!! He doesn't care about us. He only cares that he can get away with anything and that he is The President. I don't know what to do but we all have to do something about this. Thank you for your time Cody
