| So I have been looking to get out of my job for months. Not getting 50 hrs and the hours suck. So I was offered a job in my actual field by my house but at $2.00 less an hr. But less wear and tear on my car since my current job is 23 miles from my house and Im spending close to $40 on gas per week. New job is 5 miles from home and offers everything my current job doesnt. I gave my notice and now my current employer is willing to give me a $1.00 raise and give me the 40 as requested months ago. So do I stay? Or do I go? Because my boss has promised me 40 hrs before and hasnt followed through. Do I trust him or do I go back to something that I love doing? |
