| I think I made the right decision but I thought id ask. The boy has gotten a job offer. He currently works in the same store I do. Which means we work the same shifts, we take breaks together have dinner together and every night he walks me to my car. Cute right? Ok so he leaves on Saturday for 3 WEEKS!! I am going to be away also for one of the weeks so not as bad but still. Anyway when he comes back he has to make the decision on if he will continue to work with me or leave and go to this new job. It also has benefits and a union like our current job but its weekends off and $16 more an hr than hes making now. When he told me this of course my mouth dropped and my heart sank. Im used to seeing him almost every day! And of course he wants me to make up his mind. And I didnt give him an answer right away because he had been with this company for 4 years and has me and lots of friends there so its a lot to consider but I told him to take the test and go. We will always be here and I will support him no matter what happens. I made the right decision right? I shouldnt hold him back even though my selfish thoughts are yelling dont go!!!! |
