ingredients:
a pork roast or a chuck roast or a whole chicken
a bottle of italian salad dressing(not the creamy kind the clear kind)
a pan to cook it in (lol given but ya never know)
directions
turn your oven to 350 degrees
place meat in pan
pour bottle of salad dressing over meat
place meat in fridge while the oven heats up
after letting the oven heat place the pan in the oven and cook for an hour usually for a whole chicken it sometimes takes longer for pork and beef
when done take out and let rest for 15 minutes to let the juices reconstitute in the meat
i usually make some sauteed whole potatoes and a vegitable with it
