So your verbally fighting with someone, and they escalate it to the next level, physically hitting you. You tell them to stop and attempt to reason with them. They continue to yell and hit and you grab their hands several times and calmly tell them to stop. They continue to hit and yell, my question is this, is it ok to hit back at this point? Throw on top of all that the person you are fighting with is your mom. You are both female.
