Ever since the start of the new "Happy Hour" thing the first 4 pages of the Top Photos have been the person who paid money to CT. It seems like CT is becoming more and more of a paid site with certain features only available to those people who gave money. What about the rest of us? For instance the ones who supported CT in the beginning when they didn't have all these nice features. And the ones who promoted the site when there was no benefit to doing that?
