use a brillo pad so it takes away the itch and go to walmart and get a can of mineral spirits and wash it in that and you wont have any problems with infection and wont have to worry about putting ointment or lotion on it as much but be sure to use that method for the first 3 days and after that stop using the brillo pad it wont work anymore then go get you some 10 grit gator sand paper and scrub it till theres no flakes or anything left on there and rinse it with bleach and your ink should be healed in about 5 weeks total
