I smile to hide the tears I laugh to hide the pain I smile I laugh but it doesnt seem to help the pain is too much I smile to hide the tears I laugh to hide the pain This pain I feel inside is too much to bare I smile to hide the tears I laugh to hide the pain Nothing I try seems to help this pain is too great I smile to hide the tears I laugh to hide the pain This pain inside is too strong I just want to disappear I smile to hide the tears I laugh to hide the pain All this pain is too much to bare but I must go on and not breakdown I must keep on going and not let this pain to consume me
