| SO my ex and I had been together 2 and a half years and now have a child. Since we have not been together 2 weeks she has not allowed me to see my child. I have done everything for this girl. I moved and gave up everything I had going to take care of my responsibility. But she still lives at home with Mommy and Daddy and thinks that if I wanted to see the baby I should go to her house because she refuses to come where I am or meet me in a nutural place. But she was alwayz coming out and doing shit but would not meet me. And for the time that we were together and the baby was around I did nothing but kiss her ass and do all that. I dont know what to do now. Is there anyone that can help me out. I know Im probably going to have to take her to court to get some kinda rights for my daughter. Her and I were together when she had the baby and she did not notify me when she was born and therefore she did not give her my last name or put me on the certificate. I would rather not go to court but if I have to I will. Is there anyone that can give me any advice. Anyone that has been in a situation like this should I take her to court or Leave it alone and wait for her to come around. My little girl is 3 months old. Please someone help |
