The light in his parents eyes
And the smile on everyones face
Could only come from
This special childs loving embrace
His smile shone brighter
Than the stars at night
He could chase away your darkness
And let in all the light
He was a treasure to all
And loved by many more
More love than any one child
Has ever known before
He walked upon the Earth
With the light in his eyes
Now he shines that light on us
From high up in the sky
An angel here in this world
But is now at home up above
Takin our hearts with him
And leaving us his love.
