With the holiday's approaching I came across something a bit different to toast them with.
Green Tea Champagna
2 cups cold water
2 tablespoons green tea leaves
One 750-ml bottle brut champagna or prosecco chill
Mint leaves for garnish(optional)
1. Steep tea leaves in 2 cups cold water
for 6 hours. Strain, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. TO serve, fill champagna glasses halfway with the green tea and top with the champagna and mint leaves if desired.
