Well as many of my close friends know I have started to workout at the gym. I go Mondays & Thursdays and once on the weekend (when I have time). Last week I met with a trainer at 10:30am to set up a work out plan. So as we are filling out all the paper work she asks me how much I weight. Well like I really want to know how much I weight. She tells me in order to set up my work out plan she needs to know what I weight.
K before I had Tristen I was no more then 135lbs. After having three kids in three years I weighted 220lbs. Ya ya I weighted alot. Anyways I cut out all pepsi (which was so hard seeing thats all I drank) all junk food and started to eat better. I lost 22lbs in two weeks. So the last time I weighted myself I was 198lbs. That was a few weeks ago.
Back to my story she weights me in at 182lbs I could believe it 182lbs I didnt think I weighted less then 190lbs but I did. I was so happy I am well on my way to my weight goal. My goal is to be under 150lbs by October 8th which is my birthday. My trainer said I should have no problems getting there as long as I keep working out & eating healthy.
My boyfriend told me when I weigh between 150lbs & 160lbs he will get my belly pierced. Mind you seeing that he is a man when I told him how much I weighted I got a "thats great" from him. Mind you I didnt think I would even get that out of him. Men dont seem to care about things like that.
Now for those of my friends who keep asking me why I dont have lots of pics of me up this is why. I am not happy with what I weigh. I am not one of those people who stops eating to loss the weight I am workingout & eating healthy foods. My workout program is great.

Leg press: two sets of 15 reps 60lbs
Bike xt: 10 mins
Leg adduction: two sets of 15 reps 40lbs
Leg abduction: two sets of 15 reps 40lbs
Wave Excite 700: 2 mins
Vertical Traction pull: 2 sets of 15 reps 45lbs
Runrace: 30mins
Chest press: two sets of 15 reps 25lbs
Glidex xt: 5mins
I did the whole work out Thursday and holly cow its alot of work. I also go to a workout class both Monday & Thursday 9:30-10:30am. Two different classes. A few of my friends have noticed that I have lost weight & that I am looking better so I wanted to share with my friends on CT about this. Have a great day.
