So last night at work we had ICP's Hallowicked. Basically it's the biggest ICP concert of the year for those who don't know. Picture people from the ages of 17-22 running around with face paint and spraying Faygo pop all over the place. It was a sold out show, almost 3,300 people. You'd think it 3,300 people there would be some hot girls. Guess again. This was the bullshit of all bullshit. Being a bartender one of the perks is getting to flirt with good looking ladies. Last night, not so much. To make matters worse, ICP fans are the worst tippers ever. None of them have money. Bunch of broke asses. Not to mention the majority was underage. So I got to listen to shitty music all night, get soaked in nasty pop, look at ugly face painted freaks and not make any money. Sounds great, can't wait til next year.

Tonight at work was quite possibly the worst concert we've ever had. It was called the "Sports Jersey Jump Off 2007". I guess people were supposed to wear thier sports jersey's and what not while they had rappers perform on stage. Dumb concept, I know. The main attractions were Fat Joe and MC Breed, they both played for a half hour each. Joe's performance was decent, he did a tribute to the late Big Pun and even performed "I don't wanna be a playa". The worst thing about the show was there might've been only 50 people who actually paid and came to see the show. In a 3-4,000 seat venue, that's pretty awful. Fat Joe even made mention of it when he came out to perform. There were more performers there then paid patrons. Ouch. Early in the show I got into it with some guy who resembled Emmanuel Lewis, apparently he's a rapper in some group called the Cardi Boys. Apparently thier schtick is that everyone in the group wears Cartiers. Big effin whoop, I have two Cartiers does that mean I can be the lead singer? Anyway, they opened the show along with 4 other acts besides them. So this midget is trying to get into VIP and I won't let him cause he has no credentials. Like I'm supposed to know who this guy is? His posse sees this and they all start giving me shit cause I don't know who the Cardi Boys are. The promoter comes and gets them credentials and it's finally disputed. That set the tone for the most boring day in the history of my work. Life lesson learned: The Cardi Boys are awful rappers.
