Translates to "Seize the eternal night" or, more simply - "embrace death." The phrase came to me in one of my darker moments, before I knew that I knew the word for eternal in Latin. The people who are closest to me know the struggles with my dark place that have plagued me these past months.
To embrace death can mean two things to me, depending on my frame of mind at the time...it can mean to fearlessly embrace the unknown, death being the most unknown thing to most of us...or, as originally, to welcome death itself.
