Things that will grab my interest: hot women (really, are you surprised? I'm a guy. A straight one.), stimulating conversation, anything involving comedy, movies, music, and travelers.

What are Good movies, you ask? I'm generally easily amused and entertained, and that's not limited to just movies. I prefer movies like The Mating Habits of the Earthbound Human, Nightmare Before Christmas, Shawshank Redemption, Dark Knight, The Mask, Idiocracy ... I think you can figure it out.
TV shows I'm fond of - The Simpsons, Family Guy, Daily Show, Colbert Report, and so on

Hey, Dan, what about your taste in music? I'm glad you asked, self. I enjoy a wide range of music. I appreciate it and have an ear for it (or at least used to). Music is an inspiration and affects everyone's lives unless you live in solitary with no connection to the world (in which case you wouldn't be reading this), so I think it's an important part of society. I'll listen to anything, really. I am usually in the mood for rock-based bands and a friend of mine once posed the question "If you could only listen to a single band for the rest of your life, which band would it be?" Needless to say, after much debate, I landed on Metallica, but I don't know if I could do that either because the Foo Fighters are also on the list. There is a lot of great music, so to narrow it down to something specific is not an easy task. He went with the Floyd. I also have a biased interest to any music with a trumpet or a piano in it.

Sports: I love baseball and soccer. I hate basketball. I'll watch almost all other sports when around other spectators. Teams: NY Yankees, Giants and NE Revolution. Don't ask. Or do, but don't expect the answer to make much sense.
