Hello Family & Friends

I thought I'd update You on how I'm doin' since Surgery on Oct. 07th 2013....

Well so far it's a SUCCESS...YEAH....

I've gotten feelin' back in My feet that I haven had in over 6 years...and that alone is a success...We weren't even lookin' for that...so that's a plus...also the shootin' pain I had thet would contuious shoot down My legs have gone away on one side...( He only did the decompression on the one side) He said if it worked on this side than in 3-6  months He'll do the other side...(Great just what I really want to do is go thru this again in 3-6 months)...But He had to do so much on the left side that He didn't think it would be good to go ahead and do the depression on that side right than....so I guess in 3-6 months I will be goin' under another surgery to get the other side done...

Well I do have to say this surgery was a lot better than the other 2 I've gone thru...He went in thru My left side...I was in My room maybe 2 hours and they were there and had Me up and walkin' down the halls...I was like REALLY...Well it wasn't that bad...the other 2 surgery's I wasn't up walkin' for awhile....

Well I had a high fever that wouldn't break...it would go down and than come right back...it did this for 2 days & nites...finally at 4 AM My fever broke I woke up all wet...My sheets were drinched and so was I...

Also durnin' all this I had Bad Bad Bad back muscle spazams...Oh let Me tell You they were Killer...

They had Me on all kinds of meds...and none would touch the muscle spazams...all they did was knock Me out...

Than the ride home...Oh fun...NOT....2 hour ride home...had to wear a back brace that did nothin' but make Me hurt worse...and also the Dr didn't order any pain meds for the ride home...only a RX ...well I made it...but OMG...I was in so much pain...

The 16th I had to go back to Jackson to get My stamples out...and He gave Me a different rx for the muscle spazams Thank God...Now there manageable...cept I sleep a lot ...but they say sleepin' heals You...

well it's been 3 weeks now since surgery...and I am doin' better...I still have back muscle spazam's...and pain in My side in the front...I guess it's from where they moved everything around to be able to do surgery...and to have room to hammer out My L1 disc and do what they needed to do...

I go back to see My Dr Nov 6th...and will see what He wants to do ...

Hello Family & Friends....

Well as You know I was suppose to have surgery Monday Sept 30th...Well I got to Jackson...got to My before surgery room...they had Me get into My gown the Hotter than Hot Gown it had built in air & heat...but it was lined in plastic and was very HOT...and than they put on the stockin's and the velcro leggin's for the leg and feet pumps and than the non slip footies...than the Very Nice Nurse...Got My IV in the 1st try (which is a Miracle) as My veins are terrible and I usually need a pic line...Well I feel Very Good right now cuz the worst for Me is over...cuz that's the IV part...well they take Me upstairs to the OR waitin' room...I talked to the prep nurse there and She put up the antibiotic IV bag and gave Me the anti-inflamatory that Dr orders for all His surgeries...I than talk to the Anesthesiologist...and signed the papers for Her to put Me to sleep and put the tube down My throat....and than I talked to the OR nurse...everythings a GO...and Were just waitin' on Dr  to arrive...Well Dr arrives...and tells Me NO SURGERY NO HARDWARE ...they didn't order the hardware (which is the parts that wraps around My spine and holds the disc's in place)...I thought He was jokin with Me as He is a Jokerster...we'll the 2nd time He said I knew He wasn't jokin'...Someone didn't order the cage that is needed for My surgery...that's the part that is needed to be put in after He goes in and cleans out My disc and puts like a spacer in there than He puts the cage on to hold it all in place...Well He did say He could do one part of the surgery today...but I'd still have to come back for the other...Well I said NO...and like He said if Your gonna do it do it all together...anyways...He said I should be havin' the surgery this week...either Thursday or Monday...Well I hear on Friday afternoon that I will be havin' My surgery Monday Oct 7th and to be in Jackson @ 5 AM...Well it's a almost 2 hour drive there...so I guess Monday I will be goin' for Surgery...and Hope they have everything this time...I will be in the Hospital at least 3 days...but I'm not sure when I will be able to pop on here...I guess it all depends on how I'm doin'...I Will Miss You All...

Hello Family & Friends...

I am writin' this to to let You know Monday Sept 30th 2013 im havin' surgery...this is gonna be My 3rd back surgery...Dr told Me if I didn't have it it would do permentant damage (paralize) Me...Well I didn't hesitate on singin' the papers...He also told Me this time He's gonna be goin' be goin' in My side to do the surgery...which is suppose to be better on Me...He will know more on how much He will have to do when He get's in there concernin' My rods in My back...I hope He don't have to do anything with them...as far as I know right now I will be in the Hospital anywhere from 3-5 days...than Home...once I get Home I hope to get back on My laptop as soon as I able to leave maybe a quick status update to let You all know how I'm doin'...there are a few Family/Friends that will know as there gonna be and gettin' the info on Me...if You want to ask them I'm sure they'd let You know...they are... mornin82  ... auggiedog  ... unicorn42359 ... Hello Friends...

I'm writin' this to let You know what's been goin' on with Me lately ....

First off I will give You some background of My back cuz that's what it's all about....So You'll understand......

In Jan of 2007 ...I was startin to go down My stairs in My house...I had socks on My feet and a long sleeve sleep shirt on ( and Yes I had sleep pants on too ) as I went to take a step off the top stair My sleeve got caught on the railin' and My socks made My feet slip off the top stair which thru Me off  blanance ...I was in a downward motion...My feet went up in the air...as My sleeve caught on the railin' and was slidin' down the rail as I was fallin' and bouncin' down 8 stairs on the lower part of My back...the only thing that stopped Me from hittin the bottom of the stairs  was My top was now stranglin Me...as the sleeve got caught on the part of the railin that holds the railin to the wall......Well Can We OUCH...anyways I went to the Dr's and had test's and they found the L5-L4 dics were blown and also the S1 nerve was pinched...So I went thru a few things before surgery...Had surgery June 2007......I did real good with that surgery and recovery...except......My I had no feelin' in My feet.....

6 weeks later......I was outside checkin' on My dogs...2 of them were in a fight...I got one of them out of the back yard cuz I saw some blood on Her ear...as I started to walk back to the back door...which I have to go up 4 brick stairs...My foot hit the stair and tripped Me and down I went on the concret on My belly.....I couldn't get up...Good thing My son was here at the time...He came and got Me up and in the house......I was in a lot of pain again...so back to the DR's I go...more tests......they found out I blew out the L3 L2 dics...well I had to wait a year before they could do surgery on Me again......So for a year I lived with the pain......so June of 2008 I had My 2nd back surgey....this time they did L3-L2 and went and put 2 steele rods in My back that connect to the top of L2 to the bootom of L5.....Well this sugery left Me beddridden for 4 years......I had to learn to walk and sit all over again....had no feelin' in My legs & feet.....the Dr said I will most likely be this was the rest of My life......anyways.....it's taken Me 2 years to get to where I am now....a long long road....and a whole lot of Prayer's (Thank God).....

Dec 2008...I had neck surgery...I thik it was C7 or it was C8

Feb 2013...I fell again down the stair to My bedroom...I didn't think it was a very bad fall...all I did was slip and went down a couple of stair not very hard,but anyways....the one Dr I went to see cuz My back Dr moved to Jackson which is a hour and half to two hour drive away from Me now.....looked at Me and just sent Me to physcial thyrapy ...I went thru 5 weeks of that (ended the end of May)......but I still had pain in My back....than bout a week later the pain went down My legs and started gettin' worse....

June 2013...I go see My reg Dr....to see what He has to say....He say's sounds like Your sciatic nerve.....gives Me some meds and say's lets see if this will heal on it's self....

July 2013....I go back to reg Dr....tell Him it's gettin' worst....He orders a MRI....

Aug 7 2013....I went to Have the MRI....

Aug 9 2013...I get the results....Not Good....My L1 disc is blown which is pressin down on the steele rods which is compressin' the sciatic nevers which is makin' the pain in My legs and My hands go numb....and the L1 is why I'm in so much pain in My back cuz it's pressin down on the rods in My back......Well I called  Jackson to get ahold of the Dr that did the two back surgeries and My neck surgery.....He wasn't in Friday...so I'm waitin to hear back from Him to set up a appointment to see him...and set up most likely another back surgery....I'm not sure what all this one will pretant too...as I'm not sure if He will have to do anything with the rods......

I am kinda scared & affraid at this time...as I still have the second surgery after affects still strongly in  Me.....You have a operation and they say everything went Good...than afterward You can't walk or sit and haven't any feelin' in You legs or feet and You are now bedridden.....

Thank You for taken the time to readin' this...I will keep You updated....I know it was kinda long I tried to keep it short.....

P.S....Anyone interested in buyin a House (LOL).....it's has lot's of stairs inside and outside....it's not recommented for anyone that has no feelin' in their feet (Laughs)

I got a appointment to go see My Dr in Jackson...it's Sept 11th...He's the Dr that has done all My Back Surgeries and My neck surgery...I have to bring the MRI disc with Me...so I'm sure We will most likely be settin' up the surgery date and discussin' what all He needs to do in this surgery...I will keep You updated...Thank You For All Your Prayers...Hugs 

Sept 11th...I went to see My Dr in Jackson...His 1st words outta His mouth was SURGERY...than He proceceed to tell Me He wanted to do it Now before it does permenate damage to Me...other wise make Me paralized...so I agreed to surgery...so I signed the papers...now I'm waitin' for them to call Me with the date of the surgery & pre-op & cat scan...Which all this will be with-in the next 2 weeks...as soon as I get the date I will post it.....Hugs 

Sept 17th...got the phone call this mornin'...Surgery date will be Sept 30th...if everything is alright for the surgery...I think I will be in the hospital 4-7 days He really didn't much more than that...it all depends on if He has to do anything with My rods...I will post more as soon as I get it...Hugs 

Sept 20th...Dr's called this mornin'...confirmin' Surgery date...insurance has ok'd it...everythings a GO...Sept 30th @ 6 am...also they will be doin' 2 precessurarse ...the L1 and also something with the nervers ...say's it will be a 4 hour plus surgery....Please Keep Me In Your Thoughts & Prayers....Hugs 

I am writtin' this Thank You to all My Awesome Friends that Helped Me on Friday & Saturday Feburary 8th & 9th 2013 when I was goin' for My 2500 likes w/o bling run...even thou I didn't get it...I came so close was 6 away at one time than the reset got Me and it went back up to 99 to go and it just kept goin' up from there as We had gotten everyone possible to like Me and Had to wait till Fu reset time at midnite and it was still like 5-6 hours away...again I am so deeply touched by all of You for showin' Me Your support by puttin' Me up on Your pages & in Your status and passin' Me around Fu & givin' Me the credits to reset ...it means so much to Me...I am so truely Blessed to have so many Awesome Friends...I really Appreciate You All...

I am also not givin' up on this one...Laughs...I'm just gonna wait a lil' while and let My back complete heal up from where I hurt it 2 weeks ago...and do what the Dr's said to do and rest it...

I would write all Your names down that helped Me but I'm so affraid I'd  leave someone out and I don't wanna do that...just know I do know...and I Thank You All...
