| Ok so my suppose to be friend that I've known for many years now, is also my boss at work. Here's the thing. Today, she came in on my shift to do some other shift work for the weekend. She was having a really pissy day and I was just staying out of her way. I went outside for a quick break, smoke a cigarette and talk on MY cell phone. Long story short, she went home and later on tonight, I was moving around one of the managers logs she had left out to use the copier, and there was a WRITE UP, WITH MY NAME WRITTEN ON IT!!!!! Below was marked a major warning, and that we had discussed this in one of our last meetings! How fricken stupid right!!! Anyways, I wrote her a note, and refused to sign it until we had talked about the real reason as to why I was wrote up. Now, the advice that I need is ....... Do I tell her she can have my job and tell her she can stick it along with the rest of the people in corporate or....... Do I stick with it and not let the "small" shit bother me? I really need some help here guys because I'm ready to walk!!! So, please help!!! |
