I yearn for you touch
Your soft embrace
The look in your eyes
No other could replace
The world as it stands
Could rush by day by day
But when I’m there beside you
It remains where it stays
The look in you eyes
Tells me there’s nothing to fear
When you gaze upon me
Its more then I can share
The strength in your arms
Gives me courage to face
Life’s ups and downs
Without even a trace
Its where I want to be
Its what I need each day
To be in your life
In every way.
So take my love with you
As you leave out that door
And know in your heart
I am yours for sure.
