| Just found out that there is an opening on day shift (7a-3p) in another department. I'm working 2nd shift (3p-11p). I like 2nds but if I took the day shift job I'd have my evenings free to hit the bars and hang out, but I'd also lose a little per hour (50 cents). If I stay on 2nds, I might have to wait another year before something else opens up on days. Also, if I go to days that might affect how much my next raise is for. Should I take the day shift job or stay where I am? |
