Ok, so I am an assistant manager for Taco Bell, yes, it sucks ass, but they are wanting to promote me to General Manager. Now, the current GM is talking crap about me behind my back and making me look bad. Her boss isn't hearing any of it because she knows how she is, but I am losing respect from my employees. Should I confront her about it and possibly risk getting my hours slashed or should I drop it knowing that the person wanting to promote me is not paying the GM any attention when it comes to that.
