Ive been having back spasm. Im on muscle relaxer they dont help much other than making me feel goofy.
I wanted to thank everyone who sent well wishes, hugs and soup I really appreciate that.
Ill be in and out its hard to set at a chair right now for more then 10 minutes or so.
I miss you all take care and Ill be back soon in full force.
