Ok so I have been with my husband for around five years now he has two kids from a previous relationship and I also have one child also from a previous relationship we share no children but all three kids live with us and every holiday and birthday that passes makes me recent my in laws more and more the thing is that my family gets his kids the same things they buy my child my family would never have us over to open gifts and not treat his children the same as they do mine but his family on the other hand will invite us over and everyone is opening gifts but my child he gets no acknowledgement from anyone of my in laws I get so mad and I say things but I feel like my husband should also say something about them hurting my sons feeling I know for one if my family made a child feel like they r not good enough I would decently say something I have stopped going around them and do not plan on going back my child comes first and if someone hurts him even his feeling then I have nothing for them so my question is am I being childish?
