| Okay I'm going to go out on a limb for this but what the Hell. I've been Divorce for 2 years now and loving my new life. I had left my ex husband about 2 an half years ago and he just now found a girlfriend. we currently have joint custody of our minor children, but with our joint custody battle, he has them for a few years at a time then I would have them a few years. Well to my point The girlfriend thinks just because they live with them now she don't think I should see them until it's my turn to have them. But the judge has said and recorded that we as parent should allow the other to visit whenever it is possible. Do you think she is right not to let me see my kids while their in his custody? |
