dice up the pork chops while they're still semi-frozen. cook the pasta and drain it. Then pan-sear the pork chop cubes in butter and garlic and whatever other herbs you like. When the meat is done, toss it into the pasta with an assortment of herbs and spices to your taste, along with a little more butter to make the spices stick to the pasta. Serve some garlic toast or something with it.
